Rivervale Drive resident advised to remove planks and laundry from common areas: Town council

Original article:

A resident at Block 146 Rivervale Drive has been inconveniencing neighbours by leaving laundry and wooden planks out to dry at common areas on the 13th floor.

Stomper Anonymous shared photos showing a woman surrounded by numerous wooden planks, a laundry rack and other bulky items at the lift lobby.

The planks can be seen erected along the corridor and near the staircase too.

Anonymous told Stomp: "This has been going on every day for three weeks.

"This resident hangs clothes all over to dry and creates a lot of noise on a daily basis.

"I don't think it's suitable to leave such items at the lift lobby or corridor. There are too many planks blocking access to the lift and stairs. Kids running about might get injured.

"I'm sure her other neighbours are unhappy too because the wooden planks are also in front of two other units and blocking them.

"I hope that by sharing this here, the town council can take action."

Stomp has contacted the town council for more info.
