Youths flout the rules by riding PMD along Jalan Kayu

Despite the ban on personal mobility device (PMD) users riding their devices on roads, a couple of youths were spotted using one along Jalan Kayu recently.

Stomper Allen alerted Stomp to a video posted on SG Road Vigilante showing two young men riding a PMD in the middle of Jalan Kayu towards Yio Chu Kang Road on Sunday (Mar 22).

They are seen overtaking a double-decker bus to make a left turn up ahead.

Netizens have slammed the youths and criticised their "irresponsible" behaviour.

Under the Active Mobility Act, PMDs are not allowed on roads.
