Woman tries on Whampoa resident's shoes and walks away in them after delivering parcel

A woman was caught on video taking a pair of shoes from outside an HDB unit in Whampoa and walking away in them after delivering a parcel on Feb 20.

A Stomper alerted Stomp to the incident and shared CCTV footage of the woman caught in the act.

"She went to my neighbour's house to deliver a parcel and stole my other neighbour's shoes," said the Stomper.

"It was caught by both my and my neighbour's CCTV cameras."

In the video, the woman is seen placing a parcel on a table outside a unit before taking what looks like a pair of Crocs that were placed outside another unit.

She is then seen walking up and down the corridor while wearing the shoes.

"I believe she went block shopping and took one pair of shoes," said the Stomper.

"She also came to my house to take a look at my shoes but mine are very old already and are not branded."

The Stomper added that his neighbours have made a police report.
