Man grabs $250 Adidas shoes from outside Jurong East HDB flat: 'Culprit better own up'

A man was caught on camera taking a pair of shoes from outside a Jurong East HDB flat on Dec 16 at about 5.14pm.

A Stomper shared footage of the act and said: 'Culprit better own up'.

He added that the man took a pair of black Adidas Futurecraft shoes that retail for more than $250.

"We don't usually leave our shoes outside but the pair of shoes was left out for less than a day at the shoe rack due to them being wet during this rainy season, but they ended up being stolen," the Stomper said.

"I want to make this viral for our neighbours to be vigilant because he is still on the loose and could do it again to others."

He said he has since reported the matter to the police and that officers came to his home to get a statement.
