Two people were taken to hospital after an accident involving a taxi and a lorry occurred at the junction of Guillemard Road and Guillemard Crescent on Friday night (Dec 14).

Photos taken by Stomper Timothy at around 10.40pm show the taxi mounting a kerb.

Responding to queries by Stomp, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 10.19pm.

"Two of the taxi passengers were conscious when conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH)," added a police spokesman.

Stomp understands that the passenger taken to TTSH was a domestic helper who experienced pains on her left hand and head.

The passenger taken to KKH was a 15-month-old baby.
