Man takes 3 pairs of shoes from outside Stomper's unit during 'shopping trip' at Bedok HDB block

A man was caught on video taking three pairs of shoes from outside a unit at Block 702 Bedok Reservoir Road on Aug 23 at about 12.52am.

A Stomper alerted Stomp to the incident and shared footage of the man perusing the shoes outside her family's home before walking away with three pairs.

She highlighted that the man was observed carrying another pair of shoes before arriving at her unit.

"I would like to share and raise awareness of this act of theft," she said.

"Three pairs of shoes were stolen during this incident.

"This incident has left our family concerned and vulnerable.

"We believe your reporting can play a vital role in raising awareness, aiding in the investigation, and preventing future occurrences in the neighbourhood."

The Stomper informed Stomp she had made a police report regarding the incident.

She also hopes that she can ensure the safety of her community by sharing what happened and spreading awareness of this theft happening in her neighbourhood.
