A man was caught opening a resident's cabinet along a corridor on the fifth floor of Block 367 Yishun Link Road.
Stomper Anon contributed a video of the incident which occurred on Monday (Sep 2) at about 9.45pm.
He told Stomp: "The man didn't manage to take anything. We tried to confront him, but he managed to run away. When we unlocked the door, he closed the cabinet and walked off.
"This is the first time we've seen him. We don't know if he's a resident here."
"Yishun residents please be aware."
In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed that a report was lodged.
