Two kind teenagers helped an aunty carry her bag to her home along Bedok Reservoir Road after one of them accidentally broke it at Bedok bus interchange on Friday (Jan 10).

Stomper and his friend were making their way to the latter's house at about 1pm when the incident occurred.

Blacky told Stomp: "The aunty had placed her bag on the ground and my friend accidentally tripped over it when he was going to check bus arrival timings.

"One of the handles had torn off the bag and my friend noticed that there were boxes of biscuits in the bag.

"The aunty was also alone at the time so he decided to help her."

The Stomper added: "We took a bus to the aunty's house along Bedok Reservoir Road.

"She said 'thank you' to us and we left her place at about 1.30pm.

"I feel good about this because although my friend had damaged the aunty's bag, he was responsible enough to apologise and take care of the situation. The bag was so heavy!"
