Kind SMRT bus captain stops woman from losing her gold bracelet, displays all-around good service

A passenger was impressed by the kindness of a bus captain who stopped a woman from losing her gold bracelet.

Stomper Raven alerted Stomp to the incident that happened on Tuesday (Nov 15) at about 12.23pm.

"It happened along Bukit Panjang Road," he said.

"I want to thank this SMRT captain of bus service 190 who greeted the lady and pointed out that she had dropped something on the ground, a gold bracelet.

"The lady passenger thanked him for the help and for making sure she did not lose anything important."

On top of that, Raven said the bus captain ensured all his passengers boarded his bus safely.

"At the bus stop in front of Zhenghua Primary School, two elderly people were waiting to board the bus.

"The bus driver sounded his horn to alert them to board the bus first while waiting for passengers alighting from the bus in front.

"Thank you for making my day and for the enjoyable ride.

"Please continue to do well."
