'Guessing game' for road users after traffic lights break down at Rivervale Drive junction

It was a 'guessing game' for drivers and pedestrians after the traffic lights at the junction of Rivervale Crescent and Rivervale Drive broke down on Saturday (Oct 31).

Stomper Rick was at the junction at 3.45pm when he noticed that the traffic lights were not working.

He captured a video of what he saw and sent it to Stomp.

"It was like a guessing game," Rick said.

"Pedestrians were not sure when to cross and cars were trying to avoid collisions.

"It was an interesting experience."

Stomp understands that the traffic lights were fixed on the same day.
