A woman impressed passers-by when she stepped up to direct traffic after the traffic lights at the junction of Queen Street and Rochor Road broke down on Wednesday (July 29).
A Stomper shared with Stomp a video and photos of the young woman.
"I would like to share a story of the bravery of a young woman who volunteered to direct traffic," she said.
"I was about to cross the pedestrian crossing at about 5.40pm, when the traffic lights at the junction became faulty during peak hours.
"Thankfully, there was a young woman in red directing the busy traffic.
"I just feel proud of this young lady and feel she deserves a feature.
"Kudos to her bravery!"
