E-scooter rider rips off shirt then throws woman's bike in dispute at Yishun

A male e-scooter rider and female cyclist got into a heated argument after they allegedly collided into each other at Block 219 Yishun Street 21 on Sunday morning (May 26).

Stomper Jason alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video he took from his home at an opposite facing block at about 10.30am.

"They were quarrelling after they collided," said Jason.

"The guy ripped his shirt off like an angry wrestler before I started recording the video."

In the video, the man is seen picking up the woman's bike and throwing it forcefully back onto the ground.

"He kept telling the woman to come 'beat' him and to ask the police to come," Jason added.

"He also shouted at the residents in the area who were taking videos to mind our own business."

Stomp understands the parties involved went their separate ways soon afterwards.
