Driver dumps 2 cigarette butts within 20 minutes along KPE

An inconsiderate smoker was seen dumping two cigarette butts within a span of 20 minutes along the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) on Wednesday morning.
Stomper Alex was travelling along KPE and going towards the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) when he witnessed the incident.
He recorded videos and took a photo of what he saw.
Alex told Stomp that he first recorded the video at about 9.32am before he entered a tunnel along the KPE towards Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE).
If you look closely, you can see the driver smoking with his right hand and flicking the cigarette butt away.
The second part of the video was recorded at about 9.50am when they were in a tunnel.
The driver is smoking again and this time, you can see the cigarette butt landing on the ground.
