Driver tosses rubbish out of car while waiting at Upper Serangoon Road junction

Stomper LK was driving along Upper Serangoon Road when he spotted another driver tossing rubbish out of his vehicle at the junction with Potong Pasir Avenue 1 on Thursday evening (Dec 12).

The driver had stopped at a red light when he discarded the piece of plastic.

The Stomper shared with Stomp a video that caught the litterbug in the act.

This is not the first time Stomp has reported on drivers caught tossing rubbish out of their vehicles.

In August, Stomp reported on a man who was caught on camera throwing a soiled diaper from his vehicle onto another car at Tampines Mall.

The National Environment Agency (NEA) said in September that it will be taking enforcement action against the man for a littering offence.
