Driver abruptly stops car while entering multi-storey carpark to let passenger alight

A motorist nearly got into an accident with a Hondo driver who abruptly stopped his car to let a passenger alight.

Stomper Rafael shared dashcam footage of his encounter with the driver along North Bridge Road on Monday morning (Mar 6), at around 8.20am.

The incident occurred outside the multi-storey carpark of Golden Beach Vista.

Rafael said: "This errant driver stopped illegally and dangerously at the entrance of the multi-storey carpark after a traffic light to let a passenger alight, before proceeding in to park.

"He could have caused an accident had I not jammed on my brakes and stopped."

In the video, a man can be seen getting out from the passenger's side of the black Honda, which then enters the multi-storey carpark.
