With the Festival of Lights around the corner, Stomper Subashini and the company he works for, Seyon Group, set out to deliver food and essential items to 100 needy families in Singapore.

Subashini shared that the employees of Seyon Group travelled all around Singapore on Sunday (Nov 8) to surprise families with gifts and food.

"We split into groups and went to Bukit Panjang, Yishun, Jurong and Ang Mo Kio to help the less fortunate during this festive season," Subashini shared.

"This good deed was planned by the bosses of Seyon Group, and all of us chipped in to put smiles on people's faces.

"I was really touched by everyone's reactions. They were so happy and appreciative. Some even cried tears of joy.

"This is the first time our company is launching such an initiative, but I believe we will continue doing this in the years to come and make it a tradition."

Subashini shared that he wanted to help people in any way that he could.

"It's a small gesture, but I believe we just want to help our society, especially during Deepavali," Subashini added.
