Car rams straight into traffic light at Sungei Kadut

A car crashed into a traffic light at the junction of Sungei Kadut Drive and Sungei Kadut Avenue on Wednesday (Jan 13).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident involving two cars at 9.16am.

No injuries were reported.

Stomper Lim drove past the accident scene at around 10am and spotted the silver car as well as several police officers at the scene.

In the video, the right side of the car's bumper appears smashed. The second car involved in the accident does not seem to be seen in the footage.

Lim told Stomp: "I don't really know how it happened. Maybe that car beat the traffic light and another car hit it? I'm not sure but this is all I saw."

Police investigations are ongoing.
