Car bursts into flames at Woodlands junction

A car burst into flames at the junction of Woodlands Avenue 1 and Woodlands Avenue 2 on Apr 1.
Several Stompers alerted Stomp to the incident and shared photos and videos of the inflamed car.
In a video, firefighters are seen extinguishing the fire.
The front part of the white car is blackened.
In response to a Stomp query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted to the fire at 4.50pm.
"The fire involved the engine compartment of the vehicle and SCDF extinguished the fire with a water jet."
There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
