Personal mobility device (PMD) users pose a risk to other motoists when they ride on the roads, especially when you can hardly see them.
A couple of e-scooter riders were seen travelling along Jalan Eunos at midnight.
Facebook user Tan Sue Yew posted a video of them on SG Road Vigilante's group page on Thursday (Oct 31).

She said: "Watch out for the fast-moving PMDs without lights following behind the [SBS Transit] bus.
"Wonder if they are learning from the Tour de France to draft the bus to save battery and go faster!
"So dangerous!
"The second PMD had a pillion [rider] also.
"Are they allowed on the road especially without lights and helmet[s]?"
Under the Active Mobility Act, there is a speed limit of 10km/h for e-scooters on footpaths. They are not allowed on roads.
