Despite personal mobility devices (PMDs) not being allowed on the road, another one was seen zipping along the streets in Hougang.

This time, however, three youths were spotted riding on it.

In a video posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page, two boys, wearing white and orange are seen standing on the device.

A third boy in a navy T-shirt is seen sitting on the board of the e-scooter, in front of the one steering it.

In the video, they are seen zooming across a zebra crossing along Hougang Avenue 6 without giving way to pedestrians.

They are then caught beating a red light while turning to Hougang Avenue 10.

It is unclear when this incident happened.

Under the Active Mobility Act, there is a speed limit of 10km/h for e-scooters on footpaths. They are not allowed on roads.
