A GrabFood customer was frustrated not only by the stray hair they found in their ramen soup but also by the replies they got after reporting the issue to Grab.
The Stomper told Stomp that they ordered ramen from Ajisen Ramen on Nov 10.
They were immediately put off when they saw a hair in the ramen soup.
"One customer service officer told me they will escalate the case and update me through email," said the Stomper.
However, the Stomper feels like nothing has been done.
They contacted another customer service officer who called them a "beloved consumer" and said the same thing, that they would escalate the issue.
To which the customer replied: "Then why your colleague waste my time? (sic)"
