Aetos officer helps elderly man cross road in Ang Mo Kio despite being drenched by rain

A woman was heartened by the sight of an Aetos officer who took it upon himself to help an elderly man cross at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6 on Dec 30.

Stomper Hyda shared a video with Stomp of the officer and an elderly man holding a walking stick.

The officer holds the man's hand and puts his hand up to traffic to allow the uncle time to cross.

"He came to assist him crossing to the other side despite being drenched and managing traffic on a busy Saturday afternoon," Hyda said.

"I'm glad to witness such actions towards the elderly.

"Excellent work!"
