Young man helps elderly woman to cross road in Bedok, warms hearts on a rainy day

Feeling chilly as the monsoon season hits Singapore? A young man's act of kindness will warm your heart.

Stomper A spotted the man helping an elderly woman to cross the road from Block 512 Bedok North Avenue 2 to Block 527 Bedok North Street 3 on Nov 30, at around 5.12pm.

He applauded the man's actions and said: "It was raining. The elderly woman was crossing the road but had difficulty walking and by then, the traffic light had already turned red for her.

"The young man in a black shirt then crossed the road and went to the middle to help the elderly woman cross over by holding her arms.

"Good job to the young man."
