Acceptable? Diner charged $10.10 for rice with 2 meat and 2 vegetables at NUH food court

A customer was charged $10.10 for his takeaway meal at an economy rice stall at the National University Hospital (NUH) on Nov 17.

Stomper Anonymous visited The Dining Avenue food court at NUH Medical Centre at around 2.50pm.

Photos he shared with Stomp show that he ordered white rice ($0.80), char siew pork ($3), minced meat ($3), celery ($1.50), and broccoli with cauliflower ($1.50).

Anonymous was also charged $0.30 for the takeaway box.

The meal came up to $10.10 in total.

Anonymous said: "Inflation is evident at this food court. Please ensure you have enough money when you eat here."
