71-year-old cabby taken to hospital after accident with 2 cars at Orchard Road junction

A 71-year-old man was taken to hospital after an accident involving his taxi and two cars occurred at the junction of Orchard Road and Paterson Road on Wednesday night (Feb 13).

Responding to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 8.19pm.

The taxi driver was conscious when taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

A Stomper alerted Stomp to a video of the incident posted by Facebook user Jil Khoo.

In the video, a female voice can be heard screaming as the three-vehicle collision occurred.

Police investigations are ongoing.
