1 vehicle consumed by fire, another 2 damaged at Regent Heights condo carpark

A vehicle fire broke out at the multi-storey carpark at Regent Heights condominium on early Tuesday (Apr 2) morning.

Stomper Jojo shared a video of the blaze captured by her son, who was still awake at around 2.30am when the incident occurred.

Jojo said: "According to my son, the fire was very big and spread to other vehicles."

Stomp understands that one vehicle was consumed by fire while another two others suffered exterior damages.

In response to a Stomp query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force said it responded to the vehicle fire at 50 Bukit Batok East Avenue 5 at about 2.25am.

The fire was extinguished using one water jet and two hose reels.

There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
