Car catches fire at Yung Sheng Road multi-storey carpark

A car caught fire at a multi-storey carpark at Block 183 Yung Sheng Road on Tuesday night (Jan 29).

Stomper GK alerted Stomp to the incident and shared images he captured showing Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) officers at the scene.

In response to a Stomp media query, the SCDF said they responded to the vehicle fire incident at about 10pm.

The fire was extinguished by SCDF using a hose reel and two compressed air foam (CAF) backpacks.

There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
