A 29-year-old man was taken to hospital after being found injured at Whampoa Hawker Centre on early Tuesday morning (Dec 1).
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to a case of voluntarily causing hurt at 90 Whampoa Drive at 1.13am.
The man was conscious when taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Several Stompers shared circulated photos and a video showing police officers at the scene and a section of the hawker centre being cordoned off.
A man can be seen lying on the ground with one hand in a pool of blood.
Blood trails can also be spotted on a table, chairs and the floor, which another man appears to be cleaning up.
Police investigations are ongoing.
