7-year-old boy left bleeding after allegedly getting hit by car in Bugis

A seven-year-old boy was taken to hospital after allegedly getting hit by a car in Bugis on Friday (Aug 9).

The police told Stomp in response to queries that they were alerted to an accident involving a car and a pedestrian along Cheng Yan Place, towards Victoria Street, at 11.39am.

The boy was conscious when taken to KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

Stomper A shared a video that shows the toddler sitting on the pavement after the accident.

He can be seen with blood on his head, limbs and clothes.

Police investigations are ongoing.
