A 30-year-old man died in an accident involving his motorcycle and two cars along the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) in the wee hours of Wednesday (March 20).
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident, which occurred towards Changi Airport near the Tampines Avenue 5 exit, at 2.40am.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Stomp that it received a call for assistance at around 2.45am.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.
Stomper Chin Chin, who passed by the accident site at around 2.30am, contributed a photo that shows a death tent in front of a black car.
Police investigations are ongoing.
