A keto diet is a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet believed to help with weight loss.

A woman complained of getting rotten food after paying for a keto diet meal plan from a company called Keto Catering.

Sharing photos of the food, Stomper Helen said she made her online order in April.

The meal plans range from $140 for 10 meals to $750 for 60 meals.

She paid $390 for 30 meals.

"I paid the money through the PayNow QR code on their website," said the Stomper.

"But no one contacted me to confirm the meal schedule and their phone number was unreachable until June when I found their new number.

"I requested they fulfill the order since they had received the money in April.

"But the nightmare continues. They delivered the rotten food."

Stomp has contacted Keto Catering for more info.

The company's address is listed as 151 Chin Swee Road, #03-30 Manhattan House.

It is in the same building as Royal Cuisine Group, which operated different companies providing meal plans.

In November last year, Consumer Association of Singapore (Case) President Melvin Yong told Stomp that Case had received 64 consumer complaints against Royal Cuisine Group and its various brands, which ceased operations.

The Royal Cuisine Group website was inaccessible at the time but is now back up.
