Volkswagen stops in the middle of CTE to let passenger alight

A car was caught on camera stopping in the middle of the Central Expressway (CTE) so that a passenger could alight to cross the road on June 21.

A video of the dangerous act was posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page.

In the video, the vehicle with the in-car cam captures a Volkswagen Jetta stopping suddenly in front of another Volkswagen to drop off the passenger.

The man is seen climbing over the guard railing in the middle of the expressway to get to the other side.

Fortunately, the act did not cause any accident.

The video also features the same Volkswagen Jetta failing to give way to other cars on previous occasions.

In a similar incident, a woman was caught on video exiting an Audi in the middle of Jalan Kembangan on June 17.
