Two women and girl, 13, taken to hospital after accident involving car and taxi at Tampines junction

Two women and a 13-year-old girl were taken to hospital after an accident involving a car and taxi at the junction of Tampines Avenue 2 and Tampines Avenue 7 on Monday morning (June 29).

Stomper Matnor alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a photo of the scene as he was passing by.

"The accident caused a massive jam along the road this morning at 7.30am," he said.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the collision at 7.05am.

"The 48-year-old female car driver and two female taxi passengers, aged 13 and 41, were conscious when conveyed to Changi General Hospital," a police spokesman said.

Police investigations are ongoing.
