A man and his daughter got a nasty shock when another driver 'Hulk smashed' their car's bonnet for not letting him cut in front of them along Pasir Ris Grove on Wednesday morning (Jan 18).

Stomper KT told Stomp he was driving his daughter to school along Pasir Ris Grove towards Pasir Ris Drive 8 at about 6.40am when the incident happened.

"The usual morning peak hour traffic out of the road is narrow due to ongoing road construction," he said.

"This black Volvo was driven by an old balding uncle who probably didn't want to queue like the rest of the cars.

"He went against the flow of oncoming traffic to cut into my lane and 'jump queue'.

"He was frustrated he couldn't do so and got out of his car and walked dangerously towards my vehicle and did a 'Hulk smash' on my car bonnet."

The man is then heard shouting at the driver before getting back into his car and driving off.

"My 10-year-old daughter was shocked and asked me why the man put everyone, including himself in danger," the Stomper said.

"I explained to her that there are a lot of sick people out there and we must not be drawn into a confrontation with them.

"Even if the law doesn't punish them, sooner or later, they will meet someone else on the road who will teach them a lesson."

KT added that he has since made a police report against the "thuggish driver'.

"I believe he is a resident from a nearby condo," he said.

"I reckon he must be rather successful in his career but very poor in his moral upbringing.

"Truly the Old Uncle Road Thug of Pasir Ris!"
