A Rolls-Royce car has repeatedly been sighted parking in front of a fire engine accessway at Depot Road.

Stomper Eddie alerted Stomp to the incident and shared that he has seen the same car at the same spot for almost a month.

"The owner of this Rolls-Royce has been parking his precious vehicle just skirting the fire engine hardstanding," he said.

"By parking like this, he's blocking easy access to two loading and unloading lots and direct access to the hardstanding area."

He added that he has seen this too often and reported the matter on Jan 22, 23 and 24.

"I spoke to an enforcement officer on Jan 23," he said.

"He mentioned that there have been a lot of reports on the driver and he actually spoke to him but he just doesn't care and felt entitled to the space as he thinks it is nothing wrong.

"Probably because the fine is only $70 per instance and he cannot be fined in a same-day period.

"Can the authorities look into doing something more to deter such behaviour as it is evident from this driver that even if he were to pay an additional $70 per day, it is of no consequence to him?"
