Stomper Vincent saw a rat near the HDB rubbish area at Block 391 Tampines Avenue 7 yesterday (Jun 5) at 8pm.
He noticed the pest standing alert in front of the rubbish area.
Eerily, it remained stationary until it was approached, after which it scampered off.
What are your thoughts on these pesky miscreants?
