Not all personal mobility device (PMD) riders are rule-breakers but there are a select few who continue to give the riding community a bad rep.

An e-scooter rider who has gained somewhat of a reputation was spotted zooming onto Bedok North Street 2 from the pavement before entering a carpark on Monday afternoon (Oct 7).

A video of the rider was posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook group page.

The post describes the rider, who has frequently been spotted 'speeding' in the area, as 'notorious'.

A few netizens commented on the video saying that they have seen her riding on the roads in Bedok as well.

Under the Active Mobility Act, there is a speed limit of 10km/h for e-scooters on footpaths. They are not allowed on roads.
