Man goes next level by riding PMD along ECP

Personal mobility devices (PMDs) are not allowed on the roads but one rider took it to the next level by riding his device on the East Coast Parkway (ECP).

A video of the incident was posted in the SG Road Vigilante Facebook group by netizen John Toh.

According to the video's timestamp, the footage was recorded on Tuesday (Oct 1) at about 1.54pm.

More reasons to ban PMDs.
He is on the ECP, travelling towards KPE.

In the video, the man is seen travelling in the left-most lane of the expressway.

John wrote that the rider was travelling towards the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE).

He said: "In that case, who needs [a] car to travel around?"

Under the Active Mobility Act, e-scooters are not allowed on the roads.
