McDonald's Singapore is investigating an incident in which a customer allegedly found a white nozzle in her cup of orange juice.

Stomper Rosa informed Stomp she had bought a Big Mac meal to-go from McDonald's Jurong Point branch on Jan 31 at 1.11pm.

"I found this extra ingredient in my orange juice," she said.

She then reported the matter to McDonald's via Facebook.

In response to a Stomp query, a McDonald's spokesman said: "Food safety is our topmost priority.

"We have reached out to the customer, and our restaurant and quality assurance teams will investigate the matter."

Last November, another customer reported finding a black nozzle in her iced Milo bought from McDonald's Paya Lebar Square outlet.
