A woman was dropping her children off at school on Wednesday morning (Jan 20) when she came across a heartwarming sight that she would always remember.

A worker was guiding an elderly woman, who can be seen with a walking aid and holding on to his hand.

Stomper Angie said the incident happened near the Singapore Association Of The Visually Handicapped (SAVH) building at 47 Toa Payoh Rise at around 8.20am.

Angie told Stomp: "I saw this after dropping my kids off at school. This picture was taken in front of SAVH, so I reckon the woman was on her way there.

"I was immensely touched and again reminded of how blessed we are to have all these foreign workers help build Singapore.

"This man was very patient, walking at the elderly lady’s pace.

"I would like to commend this selfless man for his kind act."
