A group of personal mobility device (PMD) riders were caught on video hogging a lane along Seletar North Link on Dec 4.

Footage of the incident was posted on SG Road Vigilante's YouTube page.

In the video, there are four PMDs following closely behind a vehicle recording them.

One of them has a pillion rider.

Netizens have slammed the riders for not following road rules and putting their own lives in danger by not wearing helmets. Many also called for the authorities to take action against the youths.

One netizen wrote: "Don't spoil market la."

Under the Active Mobility Act, PMDs are not allowed on roads.

Offenders, if convicted, can be fined up to $2,000 and/or jailed for up to three months.
