Stomper E and her family are appealing for help in finding her sister, Helmilia, who went missing in May last year.

In a phone interview with Stomp, E said that her sister left her marital home at Block 334B Anchorvale Crescent on May 2 last year and was never seen again.

She was living there with her husband and children at the time when she disappeared.

Attempts to contact her were futile as she had apparently changed her phone number.

The last time her sister was seen by the Stomper's family was at an engagement ceremony in March last year.

Helmilia is currently 38 years old.

"I want to find my sister as my parents are very worried," said E.

"Though I am not close to my sister, she is very close to my mother and father.

"I can tell that both my parents are very affected by her disappearance.

"Every time a family member asks my mother about her, I can see a sad expression on her face.

"I've tried reaching out to everyone but I still do not know where she is.

"I hope she will return home soon."

In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed that a report was lodged.
