'Eggstremely' bad day for workers after spillage from truck at Havelock Road

A truck created an 'eggstraordinary' mess after it tried to make a turn and ended up spilling the eggs that it was carrying onto the road.

Stomper Eddie shared a photo of the incident that occurred at the junction of Havelock Road and Outram Road on Thursday (Dec 12), at around 8.50pm.

Eddie, who was driving by when he noticed the scene, said: "An egg truck was making a right turn but it seems like one of the cages was not secured properly and the eggs went splat.

"The truck then stopped by the roadside.

"Two people came out and cleared what they could of the mess."
