Driver narrowly avoids disaster after bus makes right turn without stopping at Piccadilly junction

A driver found himself seconds from disaster after his vehicle almost collided with a bus making a right turn at a junction along Piccadilly.
A Stomper alerted Stomp to a video of the close-shave that was posted on Beh Chia Lor - Singapore Road's Facebook page.
In the video, the car is seen going through the junction just as the traffic light turns amber.
Cam car driver and SMRT bus very nearly collide head-on at junction when driver goes through amber light and bus makes right turn even when he can see cam car coming. Cam car had to swerve hard to avoid accident. He said he was so close to the bus he could high-five the bus captain. Who was more wrong in this incident?

Simultaneously, an SBS Transit bus is seen making a right turn, causing the carcam driver to swerve out of the way.
Netizens defended the car driver and said the bus driver should have waited for the road to be clear before making the turn.
