Look, ma! No hands: Mini Cooper driver, passengers raise hands in the air while travelling along KPE

A video circulating online of the driver of a Mini Cooper caught with both his hands in the air has caught the attention of netizens.

The clip was shared on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page. According to the caption, the incident happened along the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) towards Marina Coastal Expressway on Jan 23 at about 8.06pm.

In the video, the driver and his passengers are seen raising both their arms in the moving vehicle.

The car is seen slowly veering to the left and getting close to entering another lane.

Netizens slammed the act as foolish and called for the driver to be fined by the Traffic Police.
