A piece of debris is seen flying onto the road.

According to the cam car driver, the incident happened on the PIE towards Tuas before the Bukit Panjang Expressway (BKE) exit and after the Eng Neo Avenue exit.

He added that the cameras in the front and rear of his car were unable to capture the car's licence plate number.

He has since lodged a police report but is hoping a witness managed to capture the car plate number.
