Cyclist, 35, taken to hospital after accident with lorry at Sengkang junction

A 35-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital after he got into an accident with a lorry in Sengkang on Friday afternoon (Jan 10).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at the junction of Anchorvale Street and Sengkang East Road at 1.58pm.

The cyclist was conscious when taken to Sengkang General Hospital.

A photo uploaded by Facebook user Kelvin Ho shows a man seated on the pavement and leaning against a signpole.

An ambulance can also be spotted at the scene.

Police investigations are ongoing.
