Stomper Selmin was near Tomlinson Road when he unexpectedly saw Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong out for a walk with his wife Ho Ching on Saturday evening (Feb 22).
Unsurprisingly, the sighting brought many to stop and stare.
"It was around 6.59pm," said Selmin.
"Everyone just stopped and showed interest but no one disturbed or bothered them.
"He was so calm enjoying his moment with his wife.
"There were around four bodyguards surrounding them amidst a bunch of tourists."
