A car and an electric scooter were involved in an accident along Yishun Avenue 4 yesterday (Dec 15)at 10.16pm, causing a jam for buses behind the two vehicles which lasted for about an hour.
Stomper Catherine was in the vicinity and alerted Stomp to the incident.
In photos sent by Catherine, the scooter was seen on the road, in front of a car, while a snaking trail of buses could be seen from the back.
