A man was caught on camera attacking a taxi driver during the wee hours of Oct 12 at Blossom Residences condominium.
Facebook user Getty Lai filmed a video of the incident and said police, who were called in to the scene, arrested the man.
In Lai's 4.5-minute-long video, the man is seen:
- Shouting at the cabby
- Trying to drag the cabby out of the taxi
- Delivering punches and kicks at the cabby
- Removing his own shirt
- Throwing his shirt at the cabby
- Forcing the taxi door open the cabby had closed it
- Engaging in a tug-o-war of the taxi door with the cabby
- Telling security personnel to stay away
- Shoving security personnel away when they tried to intervene
- Using his shirt to smack the ground after the cabby left (with his doors still open)
- Making angry gestures at security personnel
- Engaging in what appears to be a one-sided argument with security personnel
